Have you ever tried Oil Pulling?

I had heard about oil pulling for years but the thought of putting a spoon full of oil in my mouth and swishing it around like mouthwash sounded weird and gross. Well, I finally tried it and I LOVE it! I do still feel silly at zero dark thirty in the morning scooping coconut oil into my mouth, but my teeth have never felt cleaner.
