How do you define Health & Wellness?

According to the World Health Organization, Health & Wellness is an “active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life...a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” I know if we all do a google search, we all will come up with different top 10 link suggestions. I bet we would ALL define health & wellness differently too, and that is GREAT! Why? I really believe we are all learning and striving toward living a healthier life. We all seek and implement what we believe works BEST for OUR family. “Health & Wellness” will look a little different for all of us. So whether it is the type of diet you have chosen for you and your family, the type of exercise that works best for you, and the brands you prefer to use, keep learning and don’t lose your footing. YOU know what’s best for you and your family, and that is the most important.

I’ve always felt like a little bee buzzing around searching, learning, and striving to have a healthier home, healthier kids, healthier meals, healthier habits, and a gracious thankful attitude about everything.
