Have you ever tried Meditation?

Personally, I am a huge fan of any moments of silence when I can actually keep my planning mind still. In my opinion, Meditation is super hard! In my brain, I have a hamster on a wheel, always churning and thinking. However, after moments of meditation, clarity and rejuvenation leaves me craving more moments of silence. Over the years, I have learned to enjoy Savasana (lying in total relaxation) at the end of yoga class. There are many ways, and many forms of meditation. Generally, Meditation is defined as turning your mind to a single point of reference and focusing on your breathing. This practice clears the mind, relieves stress, rejuvenates, and provides rest for the body.
