We honeybee family eat SALAD EVERYDAY. I love the raw fresh crunch of a powerhouse, plant strong salad. But I don’t have time to chop lots and lots of ingredients so I make it easy. This salad base is an organic baby kale mix and chopped cabbage salad mix. I added sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas & grape tomatoes. Make it easy! Bee plant strong!
How do you make your salads? I usually always add some kind of dark greens and chopped veggies with a grain and a bean mixed in. Building your salad in a mason jar is an easy way to have it prepped to save time. Start with your meat or bean and dressing on the bottom, then chopped veggies, and greens/lettuce/salad mix last. You can even store your greens and lettuce in a mason jar and it will last twice as long in the fridge.
