I struggle with exercise! I do like yoga and walking and day dream about being able to run with ease. However, making the time just doesn't happen day after day. Granted, I seriously do NOT sit down all day long chasing after three kids, but that is not the aerobic exercise that I know is important for a healthy heart. If you are like me, I encourage you to not give up or get discouraged. Do what you can. If my kids are preoccupied I will pump out some push-ups (quickly before they see me and it is suddenly a UFC match) or stretch a bit on the floor. I also really like to follow random month-long FB challenges. (I am actually trying to get Hubby to do a push-up challenge with me right now!) Joining an online fitness challenge is great motivation, and there are lots of online classes that you can do from home.
