Tension: 1oz lotion, 3 drops Lavender, 6 drops Frankincense, 2 drops Rosemary, 1 drop Eucalyptus, 1 drop Helichrysum

Quick Relief: 1oz lotion, 7 drops Peppermint, 5 drops Frankincense, 3 drops Lemon

General Anytime: Lavender, Frankincense, Peppermint
