20 second (or more) YOGA

I have told you before how much I love YOGA, but how I usually never get to practice at home because my kids prefer to have a wrestling match when I am on the floor. This is a great website that my friend just introduced to me. I am such a fan of 5 min,1 min, or even 20 second yoga (how long I have before a kiddo finds me) throughout the day.
